PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Registrations
Registrations placed with the National Information Security Conference shall constitute a contract when the client either signs the order, confirms their acceptance by email or books directly through our on-line facilities. The National Information Security Conference will issue an invoice for all delegate registration bookings. Payment terms are 14 days from date of booking or immediately if the registration is made 4 weeks prior to the event. VAT is applicable to all charges at the current rate.


Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received in writing before 31/12/12 will be refunded (less a 20% administration charge). Refunds will not be made for registrations cancelled after 31/12/12. Delegates can be substituted at anytime, subject to approval, but please advise of change.


Delegate Liability for Damages
The delegate shall be liable for any damage or loss (and costs or expenses arising thereby) suffered by the either the conference venue or the National Information Security Conference itself and caused by him/her or any employee or agent of his/her wheresoever or howsoever arising


Dietary Requirements
Delegates are required to notify the event organiser in advance of any dietary requirements and they will be accommodated where possible, but no guarantees of suitable substitutes are given.


Personal Property
The National Information Security Conference does not accept responsibility for the property of delegates. Secure storage is provided for the convenience of delegates but any goods deposited are left at the owner’s risk and without any liability on the part of the National Information Security Conference.


Force Majeure
The National Information Security Conference is relieved of all its obligations if any act is outside the company’s control which means the company is unable to hold the event such as: acts of god, pandemic, severe weather, danger of war, fire or severe disturbances affecting the organisation, venue or its suppliers.


Photography
Photographs may be taken and used for promotional purposes, please advise the conference coordinator if you wish to be excluded from this.
